Welcome to Weekly Community Breathwork
Community Breathwork is a community of guided weekly live breathwork sessions. Sessions are held on Sundays at 11am ET on Zoom. The investment is $10 per session, payable on Venmo before class @laurenwallacecoaching
The sessions are 30 minutes, with 20 minutes of total breathing time. We spend 5 minutes before and after each session for shares or to discuss what came up during the session. You can breathe seated or lying down on a couch or bed, though I recommend lying down.
Before the session, I invite you to prepare a cozy space where you feel comfortable. Blankets, eye masks and pillows are encouraged. The goal is to get as comfortable as possible so you can connect with your body. You can keep your camera on or off during the session.
The breathing is focused on relaxation, with slower patterns and a focus on connecting to your body. I sometimes introduce guided counted breathing, such as boxed breathing. I will guide you throughout the session and am always available to answer any questions.
